Classes fall into four basic categories: Mind & Body, Cardio, Core, and Muscle Conditioning. There are many different types of classes as well as different levels of difficulty within each of these categories. You can get in shape on your schedule and at the pace that is right for you!
Can I use Fitness on request by myself?
Do I have to be part of a group, or can I use Fitness on request by myself?

You can use Fitness on Request either in a group or individually. If there is a group class scheduled, you are welcome to join in. If there is not a group class scheduled, you are welcome to use Fitness on Request on an individual basis. Better still, bring a group of friends and schedule your own small group class!
Can I use Fitness on Request whenever I choose?

Yes. Based on studio availability, you can either reserve time for your own class or join a class that is already scheduled. If there is not a class already scheduled, you can walk in and begin a Fitness on Request workout at any time.
Is there an additional charge for Fitness on Request?

No. There is no additional charge for VYGOR members. This valuable addition to our facility is free for you to enjoy whenever you want at no extra cost.
How does Fitness on Request Work?

Fitness on Request is operated from a stylish and user-friendly kiosk located directly in the studio. You simply log in to the kiosk and choose from a vast selection of classes. Yoga? You got it.! Strength training? Coming right up! Each class is directed by a high-energy, motivational instructor who appears on a big screen at the front of the studio. Classes are projected in Hi-definition video on a huge 133″ screen, and our state-of-the-art sound system helps you really get into the workout!

Fitness on Request is an automated system that delivers any type of fitness class on demand, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s like having your own fitness instructor on call–you take fitness classes on your own schedule!
Do I have to wear the security lanyard?
Do I have to wear the security lanyard when working out in the club during non staffed hours?
Answer
Yes. You must wear a security lanyard for your safety and protection while working out during non staffed hours. In the case of an emergency, press and hold the button. EMS and Police will be contacted immediately.
Please RETURN all weights, attachments, dumbbells, barbells etc. to the appropriate place when finished using them. This is for safety and for convenience and courtesy to your fellow members. Please use common courtesy when exercising in VYGOR.
What do I do if there is an emergency?

Security Buttons will be permanently located beside the AED Machine near the front desk. Please press and hold button to call EMS and/or Police in the event of an emergency. Also, there are lanyards available at the front desk which are equipped with additional emergency buttons. Members who are using the gym after staffed hours should wear one of these security lanyards so that he/she has an emergency button close at hand at all times.
Can I purchase drinks or supplements when the club is closed?

No. Not currently, we are working on a solution to make drinks and bars available during non staffed hours.
Will the lights be on during unstaffed hours?

Yes, all the lights in the main fitness and front entrance area will remain on at all times. Lights in the group exercise room and locker rooms will be turned off when the staff leaves at the end of each day.
Will there be music on during unstaffed hours?

Yes. Music will be on during staffed and non-staffed hours.
How will I get my towel and locker?

Locker Keys are now kept in the locks for each locker. Help yourself to your locker, keep the key with you as you work out, then return the key and leave it in the lock after you retrieve your belongings. Hand towels and shower towels will be available at the front desk. Help yourself to a towel. Please remember to place your towel in a laundry hamper when finished.

Yes. The doors to VYGOR Fitness + Nutrition will be secured at all times. Your key fob will grant you access to the club, unlocking the door and checking you in. Please bring your key fob each time you come to VYGOR.

Replacement Cost is $20.00.
What if my account is not in good standing?

VYGOR will allow you access for 30 Days, if your account is not cleared in this time, you will not be granted access to the club until account is brought current. You will continue to accrue monthly charges during this time, as well as applicable late fees or return fees.
Can I bring a non-member guest with me to the club?
Can I bring a non-member guest with me to the club?

Yes. During staffed hours, your guest may pay the discounted day fee, if interested in working out only for the day. Your guest may also qualify to sign up for a 2 Week VIP Trial Membership.
If you would like to bring a guest into the club during unstaffed hours, please have them sign into the guest registry at the front desk. Your account will be charged $8.00 for each visit.
After hours guest must be over 18 years of age.
What if I am bringing children to the day care, and only have one key FOB?

The system will recognize that you brought more than one person in on one swipe and will flag the event. Please sign each child in with the day care attendant.
24-hour key FOB?
If another member and I come at the same time, can we both come in on one key FOB?
Answer
No, the system has a tailgate detection system built in and will recognize that 2 people have passed through the door. It will then send a signal to the DVR System, flagging the event and notifying management.
No tail gating allowed.
Please let the door close between each individual entering the club. Each person MUST pass his/her own key FOB by the sensor. Each person must enter separately. That is, the door must close and lock before the 2nd person can pass his/her key FOB by the sensor to come in.
Do not open the door for individuals standing at the door. People may stop by after hours for information about the club. For your own security and the security of other members, please do not allow anyone who does not have an active key FOB into the club.
DO NOT SHARE YOUR KEY FOB. THE SYSTEM RECOGNIZES WHEN A KEY FOB HAS BEEN USED REPEATEDLY IN A SHORT PERIOD OF TIME, AND WILL FLAG THE EVENT ON THE DVR SYSTEM.
Granting non-members access to the club, sharing key fobs, or other act of deceit will result in a $50.00 fine charged to your account.

On-hold Membership?
Can I Freeze my Membership?
Answer
Yes. If you have a Month to Month Membership you can freeze your membership 1x per year for 1-6 months for a $25.00 Freeze Fee. The freeze allows you the flexibility of taking time off when you know you won’t use it, but locks your current rate in.
Short Term Memberships?
How do I pay for my membership?

Our short term Memberships of 3 Months are less are prepaid by Master Card, Visa, check or cash. Our 12 Month and Month to Month Memberships are set up on electronic funds transfer from a Master Card, Visa, Discover or checking account.
Group Classes?
Can I take group classes with out joining the gym?
Answer
Yes, you can purchase a One Day Pass or a 6 Session or 12 Session Package.
Guest Passes?
Can I bring a guest?

Yes. All guests of current members receive a discounted rate of $8.00 if they come in with the member. Regular day pass rates are $15.
Personal Training?

VYGOR accepts members at 12 years of age. If they are 12 -15 years of age they must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian while using the facility. 16 and 17 can join with parent or legal guardian consent.
Day Care?

Yes. For a minimal hourly or monthly fee. We accept children 6 months to 11 years of age. Parents must be using facility to place children in day care.
How long do I have to join?

No. VYGOR offers memberships to suit individual needs from 1 day to 12 months.
Comfortable at a Gym?
What if I don’t feel comfortable at a gym?

This is the most common reason people do not join a gym or don’t come once they do. VYGOR is different, the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed, the staff is professional and supportive, but the members are what make VYGOR what it is. Most of our members are not fitness gurus and gym rats, but just typical people who appreciate fitness and want to stay healthy and strong. Don’t get me wrong, we have some very fit and athletic individuals, but everyone understands what it is like to come to the gym for the 1st time or for the 1st time in a long time. So stop in and soak up the vibe, and see what you feel!!

Absolutely. VYGOR offers a 14 Day FREE Trial Membership. No money down. No Obligation. You must be a local resident, interested in joining a 12 month or Month to Month membership, and 18 years or older. Call or stop in and speak with our Membership Director to get started.
