An innovative, automated system that delivers any type of fitness class on demand–24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It’s like having your own fitness instructor on call!
If you can’t make to one of the “LIVE” classes, don’t fret!! Try one of the options on the Fitness On Request System… It’s ready whenever you are. With over 45 classes to choose from and 24 Hour a day access, you’ll find it hard to find and excuse not to get your workout on. VYGOR is the only club in Pennsylvania to offer this technological advancement in group exercise experience, so get a couple of friends together, come down to the club at midnight (or any other time there is not a “LIVE” class happening) and get a great workout with Fitness On Request!!
Fitness on Request is operated from a stylish and user-friendly kiosk located directly in the studio. You simply log in to the kiosk and choose from a vast selection of classes. Yoga? You got it.! Strength training? Coming right up! Each class is directed by a high-energy, motivational instructor who appears on a big screen at the front of the studio. Classes are projected in Hi-definition video on a huge 133″ screen, and our state-of-the-art sound system helps you really get into the workout!
No. There is no additional charge for VYGOR members. This valuable addition to our facility is free for you to enjoy whenever you want at no extra cost.
Yes. It is available to use 24 Hours a day, anytime there is not a scheduled “LIVE” class. Stop by the gym during staffed hours and ask a fitness professional for a demonstration. The Fitness on Request system is user-friendly, intuitive, and easy to learn. You’ll be ready to get started with your favorite workouts in no time!
You can use Fitness on Request either in a group or individually. If there is a group class scheduled, you are welcome to join in. If there is not a group class scheduled, you are welcome to use Fitness on Request on an individual basis. Better still, bring a group of friends and schedule your own small group class!
Classes fall into four basic categories: Mind & Body, Cardio, Core, and Muscle Conditioning. There are many different types of classes as well as different levels of difficulty within each of these categories. You can get in shape on your schedule and at the pace that is right for you!
