Hiring a personal trainer should be seen as an investment, not an expense.  If you say you can’t afford it, I say you can’t afford not to!    Your health is the only thing you truly own, no one can make it better or worse except you.

A trainer can not do it for you, but he will provide the strategy, motivation and inspiration you may need to get your butt moving in the right direction.  If you are self motivated, are achieving or maintaining all of your goals, you like the quality and variety of your workouts, then you may not “need” a Trainer.   Although, I will tell you this, even the best athletes in the world hire a coach to guide them, focus them and keep them on track to reach heights they could never achieve on their own.  VYGOR Fitness Professionals are dedicated to helping you achieve your personal best!  They will take the time to understand goals, your abilities, your schedule, your lifestyle… they will take the time to understand you!   At VYGOR we  make YOUR goals OUR goals, and we always achieve our goals!

What’s Right for Me?

Our personal trainers customize your program to fit your specific needs, goals, and lifestyle. You will receive only the finest professional level training experience.  Training can be accomplished in a variety of formats, below is a list of different ways a trainer can work with you to guide you towards your goals.

Personal Training – 1 Trainer – 1 Client.

We recommend Personal Training for individuals who have specific goals and/or need individual attention to form, technique, and progression.  This is the best for yielding Results.

Partner(s) Training – 1 Trainer – 2-3 Clients.

Partner(s) training is great for results as well.  We suggest three things for this to be successful: (1) Complete an individual Fitness Profile (2) Complete at 3-6 Personal Training Sessions before jumping into partner training (3) Be sure your Partner(s) has similar goals and ability.

Group Training -  1 Trainer -  6-10 Clients. (Check out our i Inspire Fitness Series)

Group Training offers a great dynamic energy because of the greater number people. The Fitness Professional is there to develop the training program and lead participants in it.  You still get great feedback from the Fitness Professional to ensure safe and effective exercise, but puts more responsibility on the client to set up exercises, monitor form and to be sure you are challenging yourself to achieve the results. Individuals in the group work together in motivating and coaching each other.  VYGOR offers the following disciplines of exercise with it’s i inspire Fitness Series. If you don’t see a disipline or time that works for you, please ask us about formulating a custom program for you and your friends, family or coworkers.

  • Cardio Coach – Heart Rate Based Training
  • Strength + Power
  • Kettlebell
  • Core
  • Endurance + Speed
Team Training – 1 Trainer – 10 or More Individuals.

Team Training is for large groups or teams who have similar goals.  A VYGOR Fitness Professional will develop the training strategy and lead the athletes through to ensure proper form,  intensity and progression to yield the best result.
