Stephanie Kelley, B.S., NASM-CPT
Stephanie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Slippery Rock University in 2010 with her degree in Health and Physical Education. She has had a life long passion for exercise and living an active and healthy lifestyle. After graduating she worked as a substitute teacher, she loved the challenge of inspiring young individual to engage in and enjoy the benefits of physical activity. She was also employed as a Physical Therapy Assistant for a year before coming to VYGOR Fitness + Nutrition, which gave her the opportunity to develop skill and knowledge in working with individuals with acute or chronic knee, shoulder, back, hip and other joint pain, strain or injury. Stephanie will be able to take you straight from the physical therapist where the goal is to get back basic function, and progress that program SAFELY and EFFECTIVELY towards more well rounded goal of achieving optimal health, fitness and performance.
Stephanie is an avid runner and enjoys competing in local 5ks as well as Fitness Competitions. She is an energetic, organized and dedicated motivator who will guide you on the path to achieving your goals!
