Stephen Cook, M.S., NASM-CPT

  Stephen graduated from University of Pittsburgh Cum Laude  in 2009 and from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a Master’s degree in Health and Physical Education in 2010.   He is a certified teacher and for years has had a passion for inspiring youth to better health.  He has been actively involved in running and managing kids fitness camps, working with the YMCA and is currently an Instructor at Butler Community College teaching a Personal Training Education and Certification program.

As a certified Health and Physical Education teacher, Stephen is motivated to instruct and encourage individuals to become physically active each day.   He has a vision in life, and that is to train and motivate others to reach their optimal physical and mental health.   Stephen has a contagious personality and whether you are 7 or 70, you will enjoy training with him.  You will find that he is a strong leader with a compelling personality and is never timid when it comes to doing what is necessary to motivate, inspire and challenge his clients to reach new heights and achieve their goals!
