“When I first started training I was not sure I would go through with it to the end. I knew I had a goal to reach and I wanted to be healthy. Zack has been and continues to be my motivator to show up at the gym and eat right. He works me hard and insists I practice good eating habits. He took my personal needs and geared the workout to suit me. I would never have dreamed of reaching the goals I have, but thanks to Zack, I have been able to achieve those goals. I look forward to continuing our sessions and achieving a healthier body.”
Linda’s primary goal was to get her weight to a healthy range and be more fit. I developed a program based on her ability and goals, incorporating a progressive strength program focusing on functional and core strength, balanced with an appropriate meal plan Linda is well on her way to her reaching her goals, losing over 12 pounds and decreasing her body fat by 5% in the 1st 8 weeks. Linda is an avid tennis player, so we also introduced some agility and quickness moves to help her excel on the court. Linda is a tough competitor and has worked hard to lose the weight and improve her fitness. All contributing to her feeling and performing better on and off the court.
